A).Support to students studying in various universities, with special reference to South African universities, without any prejudice. The support will include, but not limited to, the following:
1.Undergraduate students
a.Advice on admissions and requirements
b.Advice on registration
c.Actual and complete registration, including payment of study fees
d.Career guidance
e.SAQA and HESA evaluations of qualifications
2.Post-graduate students
a.Training on how to develop a research proposal
b.Editorial work
i.Research proposals
ii.Chapters of the dissertations and theses
iii.Full theses and dissertations
c.Layout of theses and dissertations
d.Printing the theses and dissertations
e.Submission of theses and dissertations to respective universities on behalf of the students
f.Testing for originality and similarity of submitted documents with other texts
3.General services
a.Organize logistics (e.g. organize local transport and accommodation) for students visiting South Africa (for graduations, etc)
b.Graduation logistics (e.g. rent gown on behalf of students)
c.Provide students with information on studies in South Africa
B). Offer training to professionals in areas of information and knowledge management as well as research methodologies for professionals. The training can also focus on the use of informetrics and altmetrics for information professionals, research managers and administrators.
